Rehearsal and Wedding Day Coordination.
This is the package if you have it all planned & just need assistance with rehearsal & day-of for minimal amount of time.
Organize Wedding Party at Reahearsal.
Assist in Bride's needs prior to ceremony start, Ensure Seating of Guests, Lining up of Wedding Party for Processional, Ensure Vendors are in place. Following Ceremony, have guests head to Reception before coordinator departs.
Up to 3 hrs. total time between the 2 days.
Addl $125 per hr. thereafter.
Wedding Coordination for your Special Day.
This is the package for you if you have plans started, but need assistance in putting it all together & finalizing vendors, etc. Up to 7 hrs. of Planners time to include meetings, phone calls, emails, rehearsal & wedding day. Covers the needs taking place during the course of wedding planning suchas: cake tasting, meeting with venue, others. Assist with Vendor Reservations as needed. Rehearsal/Day-Of Not Included.
Addl $125 per hr. thereafter.
Full Coordination for your Wedding Needs. Includes all from the 1st two packages with up to 2 hrs. Rehearsal assistance and up to 8 hrs. Wedding Day assistance plus unlimited phone calls and emails. Can oversee setup as needed, compose timeline and send to vendors, assist bride on wedding day taking care of the smallest of details to ensure your Wedding Day is all you've dreamed it would be.
Up to 10 hrs. total time between the 2 days.
Addl $125 per hr. thereafter.
